- Membership is open to all SRJC employees — faculty, classified professionals, administrators, and short-term/hourly staff — who identify as LGBTQIA2S+ or as supportive allies.
- No mandatory dues are required for membership.
- Optional voluntary dues may be collected and used only for mission-aligned programming and must be transparently reported annually.
- Members may join or withdraw at any time without restriction.
The leadership of Pride@SRJC shall consist of the following elected positions:
- Three Co-Chairs, each elected from a different SRJC employee group:
- One Faculty Co-Chair
- One Classified Professional Co-Chair
- One Manager/Supervisor Co-Chair
- One Events & Visibility Coordinator, elected separately.
This structure is intended to ensure shared leadership, cross-constituent representation, and collaborative governance.
