Purpose
The purpose of the Pride@SRJC Employee Affinity Group is to:
Support LGBTQIA2S+ employees at Santa Rosa Junior College.
Foster connection, community, visibility, and belonging across the District.
Advocate for institutional practices, policies, and environments that affirm and support LGBTQIA2S+ employees.
Provide educational, professional development, and leadership opportunities.
Promote partnerships with SRJC’s DEI efforts, Human Resources, governance bodies, and student organizations.
